- Check-in and Check-out: Please respect the check-in (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times agreed upon at the time of booking. If necessary, we can be flexible, but please inform us in advance.
- Respect for the Property: Please treat the villa, pool, sauna, gym, and common areas with respect. Any intentional or careless damage will be charged.
- Pool Use: Children must always be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. Please do not bring food or drinks, especially glass objects, near the pool to avoid accidents. Any glass cleanup will be charged.
- Sauna and Gym Use: Please follow the instructions for the safe use of the sauna and gym. After use, always turn off the lights and close the door.
- Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise/music/loud sounds at an acceptable level, especially in the evening and night hours, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- No Smoking: The villa is a non-smoking area. Please do not smoke inside the buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground anywhere.
- Cleaning and Tidiness: Please keep the common areas clean and tidy. The kitchen should be left in the same condition as you found it. Please put away used dishes and utensils and dispose of waste properly. Do not use metal objects in non-stick pans.
- Respect for Safety Rules: Please follow all safety rules indicated in the villa, including guidelines for using electronic equipment. Open flames are prohibited anywhere on the property, even outside.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional cleaning fees. It is prohibited to let pets relieve themselves in any indoor or outdoor areas of the villa.
- Reporting Problems: If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Please do not take any independent actions.We are confident that your stay will be pleasant and comfortable if you follow these house rules.
