In fact, it is only a few minutes drive away from the Fellini Museum where the the life and work of this great film director is recorded. We are located between the sea and the Marecchia Valley which, according to Recent studies, mirrors the background to Leonardo da Vinci’s Masterpiece, the Gioconda. In short, it is a fascinating area steeped in history to explore by car or biking on the new cycle path along the River Marecchia, one of the numerous cycle paths to in the vicinity.

The house is surrounded by a 4000 sqm. garden with a lawn and trees over 100 years old. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool with changing cabins immersed in the greenery and a barbecue area.
